Provider Relations Liaison (PRL)

As a network provider, it's important for you to have a point of contact within the Magellan system.  Our team of Provider Relations Liaisons (PRLs) is here to help you navigate the evolving managed care environment.

Your PRL is your subject-matter expert on issues related but not limited to service delivery, access to services, and claims resolution.  Please see this person as your first point-of-contact for questions and assistance related to the services you provide to our members.
