Protecting Our Youth from Suicide

Suicide is not a topic most people want to discuss. Unfortunately, it is here in our communities, and we are painfully reminded each time we learn of a young person who has died by suicide.  The sad fact is that suicide is common among youth.  It is the second leading cause of death among youth ages 10 to 24, and nearly 5,000 lives are lost each year.
